New South Wales are on top of the table and Victorians are languishing at the bottom.
But NSW are missing 9 frontline players. They struggled before winning in three of their matches. They have not got much from bonus points compared to Western Australia. They have won all the matches chasing.
Victorians are affected by the form of their batsmen. Still their run rate was above 5 in all the matches. If some of their batsmen can stand up they'll be a tough team to beat.

Sydney is a good pitch for runs. So if NSW are batting first it gives an advantage to Victoria.
