End of two streaks, when the fort in Raipur constructed by Northern Districts is finally broken.
I was sitting and watching the Chennai Super Kings' match yesterday in a pub. It was the power play, where Chennai were taking a strong position. Me and my friend were discussing, what factors can cause Chennai to lose from there, what would be a good score, why you shouldn't bet on Chennai that day.
A young gentleman over hearing our conversation from the next table, started making fun of me and my friend of being ignorant of IPL stats, how strong Chennai's batting is etc., Once Chennai won, he also asked me that, would I bet on Hobart the next day. I asked this guy, "What do you plan to do tomorrow?".
He is a self proclaimed Cricket Betting Guru (Like, err... Me??) and was very confident of a Northerns win. So he explained me of the streak Northerns are having, how he predicted 70% of this Champions League matches accurately etc etc. He said would be betting his bottom dollar on Northerns today.
I didn't tell him anything about being MrCricketTipster, because I thought my point of view of a Hobart win would create unwanted tension in the conversation. I wished him luck and left.

I learnt two things from this. One, never let your success play with your head. Two, do not make gambling related decisions while you are drunk.
As advised I stayed away from going In-Play.
