Have you ever burnt your purse by playing some martingale strategies for quick bucks! Then this is a working strategy for you.
Me and one of my betting circle friends were discussing about strategies yesterday. I told him my favorite market is Dismissal Method [As you would have seen from some of my insights]. He said it's nearly impossible to make money in that market because of the unpredictability. I proved him wrong by showing my strategy.
My strategy is very simple. Pick a batsman who has scored a minimum of 30 runs to get out caught.
This table below shows the stats from this CL T20.
If you had just picked Dismissal Method - Caught after a batsman scoring 30, you would have won 39 bets with general odds of 1/2, lost 16 and 27 bets going void. Which finally translates to 82 bets (Say 1 bet = 1$), you would have ended with 3.5$ (4.37%) profit.
But I do a martingale on these bets and I expect 0.1% of my purse for each bet. Right now at this point of this tournament, I am standing at a neat 8.2% returns.
But one can see if a batsman scores a 50, the chances of getting out caught goes down. This is because batsmen tend to get more aggressive after their 50. One can also cover their investments after a batsman reaches 50, which will reduce the risk in this strategy.
1) It is hard to predict how an unsettled batsmen will choose to play.
2) Match-Fixing/Spot-Fixing. If a batsman is ready to throw his wicket away, he will take any means necessary to get out early [What if the dismissal method market is itself fixed??].
Simple. No one would believe. This is not a get rich quick scheme. These are all my tried and tested strategies to make money. It needs a lot of time and patience to strike at the right moment. That's were gamblers lose money and complain no one can make money in Cricket Betting. So I wanted to show my safer methods first and then the more riskier ones.
Also I don't cover the returns of my personal strategies in the Bank I am showing. These are medium-high risk strategies. One has to be very careful while applying these strategies.I have separate purses for each strategy.
I'll let you know how I make money. But you must take necessary caution before doing so. My Stat-Attacks will follow with more strategies like this.

1) Lahore has to play aggressively to win by a huge margin, against a team like Perth it is not very easy. How will Lahore convert their aggressiveness, as a win or as a loss?
2) Perth batsmen's ability to play spin is not convincing, but Lahore spinners are also inconsistent. Will Lahore's spin department stand up against the Perth batting line up.
Barbados Tridents v Northern Districts
Both these teams have not qualified to the semi finals. So this match is a dead rubber. You can somewhat relate these teams to other two teams that are playing today.

Yesterday I didn't analyze much. Because it was not required. It's not the case for today. The odds are 1/3 on KKR, which I'm not comfortable in the first place. KKR has already made it to the semi's. They may try and test their bench strength. Kallis and Uthappa are not completely out of their injuries. So factors are not adding up to show 1/3 is a good value.

Some interesting stats from CL T20 Main Round matches, that I'll be using for devising my strategies for the next (and final) 6 matches of this tournament.
How did I started predicting the initial matches of the main draw? I used the qualifier matches as indicators to do the main round analysis.
This is the very basic stat that one has to go through. In T20 chasing teams always have an advantage, which is evident from this table.
Note : This is not exactly a statistical analysis. This is a gambler's analysis to predict how the future results may be affected.
How do I read this stat
Out of the 17 matches 1 got washed out because of rain. So 16 matches are under consideration.
Chasing teams have won 10 out of 16 matches. So Chasing vs Batting First = 10:6.
Favorites are leading by 14:2. There are little surprises in this tournament. So if you had gone In-Play and picked the favorites at higher prices you are on tremendous profit.
Chennai lost the match Batting First even though they are the favorites. Hobart did the reverse, the non-favorites defended their total. These two matches followed slightly different pattern from the remaining matches. I got both those matches right, by combining my analysis based on team strength and the pattern analysis.
I started sidelining with the non-favorites from Match#8. At that time favorites were on a streak of 6 matches. But my tip lost on that match , but in Match#9 I got it right when the streak was broken. Now you can see another favorite streak of 7 matches from Match#10 to Match#17.

27-Sep-2014 - CL T20 - Chennai Super Kings v Perth Scorchers
This tournament has been criticized by everyone, because of the unfair advantage IPL teams are getting. 3 IPL teams qualify directly and 1 through qualifiers. They don't travel, they play on the same ground. To make matters worse yesterday KXIP got a spinner friendly track at Mohali. So Northerns has no chance. I expect the same today to happen at Bangalore, because BCCI wants CSK to qualify desperately.
Both the teams are shallow on their bowling. But PS are holding a slight edge. Both have strong batting units, CSK are better in batting.
Rain is a major threat in Bangalore today also. Dew is also a factor. Both combined together chasing teams are expected to fare better.

Whenever I see double headers, I try to brain storm with my buddies to come to a conclusion. Oh boy! How diversified our point of views about these two matches.
One thing every one agreed though, BT has a weaker batting and CC has a weaker bowling, which doesn't appear so evidently from the previous results of these teams.
Why BT's Batting is Weak:
In their previous match analysis I have mentioned the trio of Smith, Pollard and Malik has score 60-70% of BT's runs in the Caribbean Premier League. If you take the last match too, 110 out of 174 (63%) came from two batsmen.
Why CC's Bowling is Weak:
Langeveldt, Philander, Kleinveldt, Peterson are going for 10 runs per over. If you start your spell well, you must end it also well. Going for 15-20 runs in your last over spoils your figure and your teams cause.
CC's Dane Piedt won't play, so their spin bowling department has taken a beating. But the BT squad looks like a one which can manage spin, so I don't have a problem of him missing out. Dew won't be a big factor for this match. Spinners can play comfortably. How good CC are against spin? I don't know.
Mohali is a true batting venue also which supports pace bowling. With BT's batting weakness and CC's pace bowling department is reasonable, I am slightly biased towards CC.
But I am not thoroughly convinced yet. Waiting for the Toss to finalize my decision.

In my previous article, I have set myself a target of 1000 total hits within a year. Right now I have achieved 500 hits in a span of 15 days. On an average I'm getting 30 hits a day. If I go about 30 hits a day I will achieve 10000 hits in a year (10 times my target), which is more than enough. I want to build a set of consistent and quality followers.
Last 2 days have been a bit slow. I was getting 60+ hits, which has fallen down to 40. As I know the reasons behind the loss of interest, I am not worried much.
The slight dip traffic is basically because of these following reasons:
1) I have been giving only match tips for the past few days. No In-Play Tips, no additional Insights. This is basically because I was analyzing the details that are required to make my blog successful over long term. I need this time to figure out the quality and quantity that I can produce and manage, apart from my primary job responsibilities.
2) I should have been adding more Cricket Betting related info. My analysis of the tips may be a bit complex for the casual/new Cricket betting players. So I am planning to add more info pages related to each and every market.
3) The returns that I'm showing are not eye-catching. This will never happen, as I'm freely sharing a cricket betting system, where you can make money only in a longer term, through quality analysis of the factors and carefully choosing where and how to invest.
I am a true believer of the Power of Compounding. If I make 6% profit a month with less risk, then I make 100% in a year. So If I start with 100$ I'll be a Millionaire in 10 years. This month my Bank sits at a comfortable 15% profit in 15 days.
4) For experienced Cricket Betting players: News, Fixtures, Stadium/Pitch details and Comparison of Prices among Bookmakers will add value. This will only make them come back. And I'm working on it.
5) The other technical factors related to World Wide Web starting from Google. I don't have a site on my own, so I have no control over this right now :(
As I have got the hits from 17 different countries, I am hopeful and simply waiting for the word of mouth to spread.

I had high hopes of the Lahore Lions team, when they entered this CL T20. I even mentioned them as the CSK of Pakistan. I completely lost confidence in them once I saw their over aggressive approach in their batting. Now I'm tending to write them off completely after their fielding being one of the worst.
If you have better fielders and in one match the fielding fares poorly, it is fine. I don't understand how Hafeez expects his team to lift their fielding performance in 3 days (after nothing going right for nearly 2 weeks). Dropping dollies is a huge concern.
Touted as the next Saeed Ajmal, Rasool got one thing right. He is reported for suspect action. Looks like he can't bowl anymore in this tournament, so possibly he won't play. Except for the opening bowlers, the bowling department is weak.
I think both the teams' bowling strength is somewhat equal (With marginal advantage to LL). Batting and Fielding, CSK are from a very different league.
Again the venue is Bangalore, so look for dew factor to play a role.

CL T20 - Second Half of the Tournament is On
Half of the tournament has ended. Sigh! Now, I have to approach the matches with much more complex factors now.
There are two words in Cricket. One starts with M - a harmless nice word, while the other word starting with F, can mean not so nice things as well. Combine them both together, you get BCCI standing in front to confront you.
More than half of the tournament is over. This is a tournament often the cries of M-F appears. So I wanted to mention it at least now.
I have to be very careful from now on, because I am sure I am dealing with an unknown. I warn everyone to take caution as well.

End of two streaks, when the fort in Raipur constructed by Northern Districts is finally broken.
I was sitting and watching the Chennai Super Kings' match yesterday in a pub. It was the power play, where Chennai were taking a strong position. Me and my friend were discussing, what factors can cause Chennai to lose from there, what would be a good score, why you shouldn't bet on Chennai that day.
A young gentleman over hearing our conversation from the next table, started making fun of me and my friend of being ignorant of IPL stats, how strong Chennai's batting is etc., Once Chennai won, he also asked me that, would I bet on Hobart the next day. I asked this guy, "What do you plan to do tomorrow?".
He is a self proclaimed Cricket Betting Guru (Like, err... Me??) and was very confident of a Northerns win. So he explained me of the streak Northerns are having, how he predicted 70% of this Champions League matches accurately etc etc. He said would be betting his bottom dollar on Northerns today.
I didn't tell him anything about being MrCricketTipster, because I thought my point of view of a Hobart win would create unwanted tension in the conversation. I wished him luck and left.

I was sitting and watching the Chennai Super Kings' match yesterday in a pub. It was the power play, where Chennai were taking a strong position. Me and my friend were discussing, what factors can cause Chennai to lose from there, what would be a good score, why you shouldn't bet on Chennai that day.
A young gentleman over hearing our conversation from the next table, started making fun of me and my friend of being ignorant of IPL stats, how strong Chennai's batting is etc., Once Chennai won, he also asked me that, would I bet on Hobart the next day. I asked this guy, "What do you plan to do tomorrow?".
He is a self proclaimed Cricket Betting Guru (Like, err... Me??) and was very confident of a Northerns win. So he explained me of the streak Northerns are having, how he predicted 70% of this Champions League matches accurately etc etc. He said would be betting his bottom dollar on Northerns today.
I didn't tell him anything about being MrCricketTipster, because I thought my point of view of a Hobart win would create unwanted tension in the conversation. I wished him luck and left.

It is getting tougher and tougher everyday to pick a clear winner. But that's the scenario I enjoy a lot.
Both the teams have been analysed previously. Especially I have analysed Northern Districts many times. So I'll keep the analysis to a straight forward comparison of the teams.
Cape Cobras
Both the teams had their previous match against the Cobras. Hobart scored 184 at Hyderabad and Northerns scored 204 at Raipur.
Northerns are scoring at an average of 170 per match including the qualifier matches. Which is the same they had in their domestic tournament as well. It should be noted that in their first match, against a bad Punjab bowling line up Hobart scored only 144, which indicates their batsmen are getting adjusted to Indian conditions reasonably.
But Northerns have been on the same ground for a month. Hobart on the other hand are showing improvements slowly.
The Questions
1) If a team has a hot winning streak at home, will you pick the away team?
2) If an Australia B v New Zealand B teams are playing, whom will you pick?
So these are the questions I am trying to find an answer. Both these teams are equal. Northerns haven't shown any weaknesses yet. But Hobart's batting had shown some instability. Bowling department-wise I'd say this is the best Northerns are going to face after Mumbai Indians.

I don't really know where to begin the analysis for this match. Let me start with the odds.
CSK are 1/3 and Dolphins are 9/4 with BetVictor, the numbers have been so much worrying.
I have been repeatedly saying this, the bookmakers are shortening the odds too much in favour of the favourites. I expected the odds to be at a low of 1/2. I feel 4/6 is the correct odd for CSK.
They are facing lot of issues right now. Many players of CSK were part of the England series and fatigue looks like an issue. I am not seeing any end to their problems with the bowling department.
Asish Nehra
He was the only bowler who bowled tremendously in the previous match. But Nehra is so famous for his stamina and fitness issues. He was the butt of many jokes in previous IPL versions. How far can he go with this form?
Ashwin and Jadeja
The spin duo who were one of the main reasons for the victory against England, are not up to the mark. Looks like continuous fixtures have got them tired.
McCullum and Smith
The opening pair gave a decent start in the last match. But the form of these two is not very convincing yet.
From 12/3 they scored 164. Lost the match by giving the required 12 runs in 2 balls. Their bowling has lesser weaknesses compared to CSK's. Their batting looks reasonable as well.
Be very cautious, that'd be my suggestion for this match. There is a streak going on. The match favorites have won 6 matches continuously. And from the history of the tournament, favorites with too shortened odds struggled big time or lost convincingly.
Bangalore is getting nearer to it's winter season. So dew becomes a factor for the defending team. If Dolphins chase a reasonable total they become favorites.

Still the feeling of making a profit and being very consistent at that, has been keeping me going [on and on and on].
So I stand at a total of 29.48 Units [Or 14.74%] Profit at the end of 21-Sep.
*As I had mentioned before 1 Unit still translates to 0.5% of the initial bank [100$ * 0.5% = 0.5]. I will be revising the value of 1 Unit only after reaching 100 units profit. I haven't started compounding the units yet.

To Do or Not To Do?
Yesterday, just after reaching 100 hits I posted an article on my thoughts about the same.
Thank you guys. You've all made me get 200 hits right now.
I thought Indians will get me more hits, because of their 1 billion population and their obsession with Cricket. But for my surprise they are running second with 40 hits. USA leads with 130 hits. Other countries are contributing to the rest.
But I have a question to ask to my audience, as I was wondering if I could post the main match tip and analysis as a video!
Will it be good, will it make you feel more comfortable, will it give you a better perspective?

Two teams who have finished 3rd and 4th of Group B Table surprised the top teams in their respective Quarter Finals and Semi-Finals to reach the Final.
These two teams are looking too equal on paper. Both have won 4 lost 3 and 1 NR in their 8 Group stage matches.
Warwickshire scored 1614 runs in 291.3 @ 5.54 and gave away 1502 runs in 289.1 @ 5.2.
Durham scored 1733 runs in 323.1 @ 5.36 and gave away 1685 runs in 327.1 @ 5.15.
The numbers may sound like Warwickshire has an advantage, but this actually indicates they have played more rain affected matches. I actually would have gone with the favorites Warwickshire but the form factor of Durham is not allowing me.
Durham has a depleted bowling unit [Graham Onions and John Hastings are missing]. But this is their story throughout the tournament. Their batting has bailed them out in their matches. But in the league match Warwickshire posted 264 and Durham chased it in 46.1 overs.
So the factors are not helping so much to identify the clear favorite.
I am expecting another upset, and going for small stakes with a contrarian view.

But he always lacked foot movement. Now with age taking a toll, his form is bound to dip. But they are still a very fine batting unit.
Barbados Tridents
Here comes this tournaments whipping boys. BT are missing their core batting line-up. Pollard, Dwayne Smith and Shoaib Malik are playing for other teams. All the three can bowl as well. How crucial are these three to them? Very. Because they scored 60% of the runs scored by BT in the entire Caribbean Premier League [959 out of the 1576 Runs BT scored to be precise]. Add the extras to the total of these three, then you can see there is no batting unit left.
They have a very decent bowling unit with Rampaul, Holder, Nurse, Franklin, Jeevan Mendis. But any score above 140 will be a tough ask for them.

I have very little information on this match right now.
Beuran Hendricks [The highest wicket taker for Cape Cobras in Ram-Slam T20] is not playing because of an injury.
The venue for this game is Raipur, where ND won all their 3 qualifying matches.
I am not very sure of two factors, which has been worrying me in taking a decision about this match.
1. Who will feature in Cape Cobras' playing XI.

Why nobody [Not even CricInfo] is mentioning Cobras are missing Narine. Dane Piedt was completely sidelined. But his stats are also not great. 31 matches 21 wickets in T20s. Not so great for a mystery spinner.

They have good spin bowlers in their team. Won 8 out of 10 matches they played. Their spinners have got lot of wickets against their opponents, so in the nets they get a lot of exposure. Blah! Blah!

In the Ram-Slam T20 Cobras lost 58 wickets and 17 goes to spinners. Which is 29%. Reduce the wickets caused by run-outs you are looking at a possible 35-40% wickets lost for spin bowling. Cobras Captain himself has admitted of coming late to India and having not enough time to practice at the Raipur pitch [Where the Northern Districts are camping for the last one month].

Misleading News 4 - Northern Districts and Cape Cobras are equal teams
This is purely assumed because of Cobras performance in the previous CLT20 tournaments. These two teams are not equal. ND are very much ahead on all aspects.
There isn't much wrong news about ND's form. But everyone's over estimating their batting against spin. They are simply attacking the spinners right from the word go. Rasool and Ojha lost their confidence of getting poor support from their fielders. They are better than many overseas teams, since they are practicing in India for the last one month.
Tip for the match

My Thoughts on My Blog
The blog has crossed a total of 100 life time hits yesterday. When I started this blog on September last year, in an entire month I received two hits. Both were mine unfortunately as I tried from somebody else's computers, to check my blog stats.
I deleted all the posts and started to think that I would never get noticed. But last month I was tipping my friends on the England v India ODI series. Where I was on India's side and many were on England's side. After the series they told me to start a site.
MrCricketTipster resurrected and I started blogging again, expecting 100 hits in 100 days.
When I posted my first tip about the Northern Districts v Southern Express match I got a view and a like in about two hours. That kept me going, but I never thought I'll reach my first target in 6 days. Yesterday itself I got 28 hits.
I am really glad that some people follow my blog very seriously. Thanks for them. I am honoured.
The idea of this site is to analyse and predict the match in Gambler's way. Normal cricketing analysis will tell you that the bookmakers' favorites will win. That's where many of the tipping sites fail.

Here we go again. I am consistently facing the issue of bookmakers being very short on the favourites in this tournament .
MI were 4/7 against ND, CSK were 8/13 against KKR. But the results were quite freaky. I am feeling very sad for the people who lost money in these matches (Read my previous tips)
The analysis for this match is very short.
Punjab virtually has no bowlers, up to an extent the same can be said to Hobart's batting order. To make matters worse to them Hobart captain is captaining Punjab.
There is nothing much to analyse and choose.
Punjab are playing in their home ground (Mohali). They have the strongest batting unit among IPL teams. And Mohali is generally a batting paradise.
Hobart has a decent batting unit but no big names in their bowling. Add their inconsistency and handling spin bowlers in the sub-continent .
Even though the odds are short on Punjab. I am going with them, because of their batting power, home ground advantage and spin bowling. They can chase any score below 170 easily or post 180-190+ scores batting first.

So the main round of matches begin today.
I have nearly 9 hours to post the analysis and tip for this match. I will try to post the Analysis/Tip as early as possible.
As of now, looks like I will avoid the match. But if some interesting stats/news show up I may change my mind.
Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR)
KKR generally struggled against CSK if you look at the overall head-to-head stats. But in the recent years they are at par with CSK. So let's start with an analysis of the problems KKR has.
1) Not enough international player options.
Sunil Narine, Pat Cummins have sealed their place in the bowling department. Ryan Tendoeschate is expected to play. So the 4th player should be chosen between Kallis or Russell. Injuries to Chris Lynn, Morkel and Shakib have completely depleted the foreign reserves.
2) Form of Uthappa
Top scorer of IPL 2014 is coming back after recovering from an injury. The recent news is his form is not great.
3) Form of Gambhir
Gambhir is the modern flat track bully. When he entered the international scene he was known for his technical flaws in his batting. With a tremendous flow of runs and form he silenced every criticism. Now his flaws have been picked up by every team . His failure in foreign pitches are confirmed by everyone with the end of England series. He scores a lot in Indian pitches. But in IPL 2014 also his form was wavering. The question is, Gambhir is in any form! Will the flat track bully unleash his powers inside his comfort zone ?
4) What Piyush Chawla and Yusuf Pathan doing in South Africa?
Chawla and Pathan are training in SA. I don't know why? Every foreign team has come to India as early as possible to practice on these tracks. What KKR management is thinking! Why don't they practice in the match venues to understand them better? I have no clue. These two guys who were poor in the 2013 season has found form in 2014. If they screw up now KKR management is fully responsible.
Chennai Super Kings (CSK)
1) Entire bowling department
Guess the most consistent bowler of CSK is! Suresh Raina. Yes that's true, the part-time bowler. He reduces the run flow. Picks up wickets here and there. If the others could do the same CSK would have never lost a match this year.
2) Mithun Manhas
Poor fellow. Touted as the replacement of S Badrinath, stabilizer of the rocking boat. No one knows what he is doing in the team.
3) R Ashwin
Every team has analysed his variations. If he leaks runs in his first over itself, he bleeds. There is no damage control. Now that he has modified his bowling action, can he atleast stop the flow of runs.
4) Form of Dwayne Smith
His form wasn't good in the recently concluded Caribbean Premier League. Is it an one-off or his form has taken a dip?

Cricinfo's preview also reflects my analysis. So CSK's batting or KKR's bowling, which one will stand out!

There are too many factors affecting this match.Hyderabad is a bowling friendly venue. That gives a feeling that KKR hold the advantage. But KKR has stability issues.
So play safe.Wait till the end of first innings. If the team batting first posts below 150 go with the chasing team. Else avoid at all costs.

Gambhir is the modern flat track bully. When he entered the international scene he was known for his technical flaws in his batting. With a tremendous flow of runs and form he silenced every criticism. Now his flaws have been picked up by every team . His failure in foreign pitches are confirmed by everyone with the end of England series. He scores a lot in Indian pitches. But in IPL 2014 also his form was wavering. The question is, Gambhir is in any form! Will the flat track bully unleash his powers inside his comfort zone ?
4) What Piyush Chawla and Yusuf Pathan doing in South Africa?
Chawla and Pathan are training in SA. I don't know why? Every foreign team has come to India as early as possible to practice on these tracks. What KKR management is thinking! Why don't they practice in the match venues to understand them better? I have no clue. These two guys who were poor in the 2013 season has found form in 2014. If they screw up now KKR management is fully responsible.
Chennai Super Kings (CSK)
1) Entire bowling department
Guess the most consistent bowler of CSK is! Suresh Raina. Yes that's true, the part-time bowler. He reduces the run flow. Picks up wickets here and there. If the others could do the same CSK would have never lost a match this year.
2) Mithun Manhas
Poor fellow. Touted as the replacement of S Badrinath, stabilizer of the rocking boat. No one knows what he is doing in the team.
3) R Ashwin
Every team has analysed his variations. If he leaks runs in his first over itself, he bleeds. There is no damage control. Now that he has modified his bowling action, can he atleast stop the flow of runs.
4) Form of Dwayne Smith
His form wasn't good in the recently concluded Caribbean Premier League. Is it an one-off or his form has taken a dip?

I have got the odds for the 16th Sep 2014 matches from BetVictor.
And I have decided to place the tips for both the matches together
Match # 1 - Lahore Lions v Southern Express
LL have played their matches as expected. Too unpredictable batting, too undependable fielding. The only thing they have done well is their bowling. But SE have somehow created chances with their batting and fielding in their matches. Only their bowling has let them down in both the matches. But LL has a win against their name which SE doesn't.
So two equal teams playing against each other. Right!!
Wrong. The bookmakers do not think so. LL are @ 8/15 and SE are @ 6/4.
Match # 2 - Mumbai Indians v Northern Districts
If a most unpredictable team award is given in this CL T20 then MI are right on top competing with LL.
Already I am seeing a war of words about Pollard's Captaincy between MI supporters and others. But in this battle I will join the others.
1) Pollard is playing 1 batsman short repeatedly.
2) The right choice of 4 international players can never be found in his team (Simmons, Hussey - Both Openers; Pollard, C Anderson - Hard Hitting All-Rounders; Malinga, De Lange - Fast Bowlers). With Malinga, Pollard cementing their places, Anderson and De Lange are bound to be left out. If Simmons or Hussey fail to deliver in this match, there sits a problem middle order.
3) Why Shreyas Gopal replaced Praveen Kumar? If Pollard wanted to play an extra bowler why can't you drop Hussey (He may have found his touch in his batting, but his fielding is not upto the mark, which he may never improve because of his age). Bring an Indian batsman in and bring the all-rounder Corey Anderson. [But going with my strategy also has its risks. What if Simmons fails! Look at point 2]
If I had to defend Pollard I would say he's just been given a wrong team. The bowling worries also need a mention here. Ojha after seeing some dropped catches went of the radar [I still prefer him as the best bowler of MI]. Harbhajan started well ended poorly. Shreyas Gopal gave too many runs. Oh don't the MI miss Praveen Kumar already. Only Malinga is his usual self.
The ND are booming with their confidence on the other hand. One factor I could not see is how really are they handling spin bowling. They were efficiently 60/4 if Akmal held on to that catch. Then they went on to 148/3. Thwarted Rasool with some sweeps who lost his confidence by witnessing dropped catches. Their first match was a 10 over affair, so nothing much can be inferred. But overall I think they are slightly struggling against spin which is not completely evident.

LL dropped catches and stumping chances and lost the match. If the target was set at 140-150 the match would have had a different result.
Out of my three strategies any one who took the third strategy would have won. For the second strategy ND were pushed for a maximum of 7/4. Anyone covered their investment at that price would have escaped. First strategy failed because the chasing team lost.
And I have posted tips for In-Play and 2 units profit was made.
