There are many rules like this floating around all over the internet. So I'll also (un)load some of my crap on the internet backyard. If you find this s**t interesting do let me know.
I have nearly 30-40 rules (I really lost count. It may be even more). We'll Just talk about 5, and that also we'll see one by one. Otherwise you'll be closing this browser window by now.
#1 Do not Gamble

Put your money in Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Bonds etc., Hey! wait. Isn't my site advises you about Betting in Cricket? Just forget what I said in the last two lines. Sorry for that.
Try to be as educated as possible. Whether it's Stock Markets, Currency Trading, Bonds or any investment method you need to educate yourself. Gambling is the second most highest risk-returns investment (The first one being Politics :) Just kidding the first one is Gambling). If you don't educate yourself you are a Gambler. Stop Gambling and first try become an educated Sports Punter.
What if I have a PhD! How do I educate myself more?
No, not that sort of education. First understand the rules of Cricket. Understand what are the betting markets available for Cricket. What do they mean, How your bookmaker settles them under special scenarios etc..
What are the special skills should I learn to become a Cricket Punter rather than a Cricket Gambler?
I'll list them down
1. Watch Cricket matches in TV or YouTube till your eyes get swollen (It's more better if you choose to watch test matches). Also keep the commentary volume high (Mute it when Ravi Shastri, Rameez Raja are commentating).
2. Borrow a 5th grade kid's math book and learn it thoroughly. You should know hard calculations like Multiplication and Division. Or buy a calculator.
3. Try to play Cricket. Playing always helps understand a game far better than many. If you are a bit older to play, buy an XBOX or Play Station with a Cricket Game.
Don't think I'm only joking. My above said suggestions have seriously working strategies behind it. If you are not a Gambler you would have found it by now.

ur each and every advice is correct.. but thr is 1 thing which is far more greater than bigger than knowledge cricketer team franchise pitch everything. and that is FIXING... and it can take place any where or any match.. either predetermined or spot.. all matches are fixed these days.. Cricket is jst a business to earn money for Big Boxers(Bookies).. and for that they pay players too.
ReplyDeleteI won't accept that. Countries where Gambling is legal they are very strict about that. Take Australia for example. They'll screw you big time if you are caught. I play Australia domestic matches more confidently.
ReplyDeleteLet's assume match fixing is rampant as you say. Still my method is in profit isn't it. Every one forgets the simplest motto of betting. Being in profit consistently. That's where these beliefs of all matches are fixed etc., are coming
